Driving sales performance through a highly focused Sales Capability agenda, raising capability and performance in line with the annual business plan and sales strategy.

A detail-oriented/analytical person, possessing advanced negotiation skills, cross-cultural experience, strong communication & presentation skills, managing change of Distributor & Agent relationships following mergers/acquisitions, familiar with and accustomed to P&L-based profit-driven/oriented business systems & processes.

Khaja heads up our Food Service and Exports Division and, along with his team, manages our biggest UAE & GCC food service client accounts. Worldwide exports of our Khazan and Kitco snacks products is also under the responsibility of Khaja.

A Management and Sales Professional has over twenty (20) years of experience in the international companies including FMCG sectors and responsible for supply chain, Sales operation and all aspects of business strategies which leads to profitable growth contribution by establishing and accomplishing business objective, mission and vision.

Analytical and Detail oriented, holding a master’s degree in management and International Supply Chain Certification from USA. Current Responsibilities include Budgeting, New Export Market/ New Customer Development, Distributor Management, Liaising and Developing business with Leading QSR’s and Food service Customers across all Group products.

A seasoned food & personal care FMCG professional with 9+ years of relevant experience in the GCC, Levant, India & MEA Region across functions of Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement with expertise in Distributor management, Sales operations and capabilities, Cost effective sales re-engineering, P&L control, Trade marketing, Market insights & analytics and directing/coaching effective teams.

Having previously managed global powerhouse brands he comes with a strong focus on strategic client relationships and data driven decision making. In his current role, he has been instrumental in driving a paradigm shift towards cost effective restructuring of the RTM strategy across sales and logistics on top of delivering high double-digit growth across channels/brands.

Badshah leads the Mezzan UAE Modern Trade Key Account business, across leading brands such as Red Bull, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Kitco, Vit Hit, Gandour and Country XL Rice.

Badshah is an accomplished sales professional with over 18 years FMCG experience in the UAE. He has worked with several blue-chip organizations like Procter and Gamble and Mars. He has experience in multiple categories from Confectionary, Pet food, Beverages Frozen and Food.

Badshah is accountable to deliver sustainable profitable growth and he believes that people are greatest asset for the organization, and he is proud to lead the Mezzan UAE winning team for Modern Trade Key Accounts.
